Jun 24, 2013 at 7:06 AM
Hi All,

I have to convert my pdf file into images(png).I was successfully run my application previously using magick.NET dll.

But now,when i try to run the same application,i get the following error..

aspnet_wp.exe: Postscript delegate failed `G:\test\ok.pdf': No such file or directory @ error/pdf.c/ReadPDFImage/682

string inputFile = "G:\\test\\ok.pdf";
string outputFile = "~\\Images\\";

MagickImageCollection collection = new MagickImageCollection();
MagickReadSettings settings = new MagickReadSettings();
collection.Read(inputFile, settings); //Error thrown at this line...
I don't know what happened now... can you please guide me to get out of this issue...?

You will receive this message when GhostScript is not installed. You should download and install the 32bit version of ghostscript from: http://www.ghostscript.com/download/gsdnld.html.

@Dlemstra, But i already run my application without installing Ghost Lib and still it is running on other machine.It is not running in my machine. Actually, last week, i changed some iis user permissions for some user account like aspnet user,networkservice... Is that causing any problem to this...

You can only open a pdf file when you have GhostScript installed. It might be possible that your IIS user does not have permission to execute the program gswin32c.exe.
