ExifProfile.SetValue for ISOSpeedRatings throws exception

I'm trying to set the value for ISOSpeedRatings tag:
exifProfile.SetValue(ExifTag.ISOSpeedRatings, value);
Magick.NET throws exception:
Value should be an array.
Parameter name: value.
Looks like there is the error: I am sure that the value for ISOSpeedRatings tag must be of type short.

I am reading the following in the specifications:
Indicates the ISO Speed and ISO Latitude of the camera or input device as specified in ISO 12232.
And if you want to store two values you need an array. Note the Count = N on the first link, a single value has a count of 1 (
