But Visual C++ 2010/2008 Redistributable already installed in my system.

i have installed 2012, then installed "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4".

set up a new project , then add reference to Magick.NET-x64.dll.

But when i used following codes:

MagickReadSettings settings = new MagickReadSettings();
settings.Width = 800;
settings.Height = 600;

it also throws an error ,'Could not load file or assembly 'Magick.NET-x86.DLL' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.'

why should i ??

You don't need to install ImageMagick, all the ImagMagick code is included in the .NET library.

You can see this in the 'Programs and Features' part of Windows. Visual Studio 2012 Redistributable (x86) should be in that list.
